It is very easy to make a Viber Out call. However, you do not need any credits when you dial these toll free numbers to seek help. Skype is now being offered integrated to any Microsoft device like the Xbox One, Windows 8.1 running tablets, laptops and PCs (offered as a replacement to the Messaging app) and it is offered as a free download to the WP range of lineup. Skype is a Microsoft acquired software which has a main job of calling numbers internationally or locally. But the only disadvantage is that there is no blocking service and once a number is added on to your phone, you can disturb another person any way you want.
